Apprenticeship Application Process

Apply now for an F/LIST apprenticeship

Of course, grades are important. But what matters most for us is your motivation and talent to pursue a professional career at F/LIST. The application process for our apprenticeships is split into four steps:

In Detail
You submit your application, telling us why you are interested in an apprenticeship at F/LIST.
Taster days
You spend a few days with us at F/LIST so you can find out more about the different apprenticeship trades.
Knowledge Check
We assess where your strengths lie.
If you impress us, we will contact you with an apprenticeship offer.

How do I apply for an apprenticeship?

Click on "Apply now" and send us your application documents online (résumé, school report cards from last two years, cover letter).

Are the taster days mandatory if I want to become an F/LIST apprentice?

Yes, all applicants must attend the taster days. They are designed to help you decide whether F/LIST is the right company for you and also give us an opportunity to get to know you better. The taster days are part of the application process.

What is the format of the taster days?

During the taster days, you will be assigned to a work team so you can get to know the actual work processes. You will also be given some small workpieces to process so you can get a feel for the materials.

Do I have to complete an interview to become an apprentice?

During the taster days, you have the opportunity to get to know F/LIST, while we are able to find out more about you and your skills. We also organize a short interview with you as part of the taster days.

When will I hear back about my application?

The final decisions on the allocation of apprenticeships are made by March at the latest. If there are still vacant positions, applications may still be accepted after that.
