Protecting your personal data is of considerable importance to F/LIST. F/LIST shall therefore handle your data on the exclusive basis of the legal regulations GDPR [General Data Protection Regulation], TKG [Telecommunications Act], 2003). In this data protection declaration, F/LIST informs you about the most important factors regarding data processing within the scope of this website.


Contact with F/LIST


If you contact F/LIST by email, your data provided will be saved by F/LIST for twelve months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for the case of subsequent enquiries. F/LIST will not forward any such data to anyone else without your permission.

Data regarding your name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be saved until the expiry of the product liability (10 years). Data processing occurs on the basis of the legal provisions of Art. 96, para. 3, TKG and Art. 6, para. 1 lit a (authorisation) and/or lit b (required for fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.

To process your application, F/LIST requires your full postal address, your date of birth, your nationality and your first name and surname. In order to clarify any queries more quickly, F/LIST kindly requests that you also provide your telephone number and email address.

We assure you that we will treat the data you have provided confidentially and that we will use it only for the purposes indicated below.

F/LIST uses your personal information exclusively for the purpose of filling job vacancies. Only individuals who are involved in the application process have access to your data and are subject to absolute secrecy based on their employment contract.

By registering your data and sending your application documents, you consent to the processing and storage of your data. In order that your application will be considered for other vacancies within the F/LIST group that may be suitable based on your profile, you must state this in step 4 (“Consider me for other positions and allow my information to be searchable”) of your application. Only then your data will be used for other vacancies after completion of the application process. The F/LIST group includes F. LIST GMBH and all its subsidiaries.

To comply with legal obligations including, but not limited to, anti-discrimination laws, all data submitted during the application process will be deleted 12 months after the end of the application period. If you consent to your data being used for consideration for different positions as described above, we may keep your data saved up to a maximum of 3 years. During this period, you may prevent the deletion of your data after 12 months by logging into your profile, after which the storage period is prolonged for an additional 12 months. You will receive an automated reminder from our system to log in to your profile before expiration of the 12 months period.

IP Anonymisation


On this website, F/LIST uses the “Activation of IP Anonymisation” function. This means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there only in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports about your website activities and provide the website’s operator with further services relating to website and internet use. The IP address sent by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google.
